BEFORE BOOKING

• For a removal, please add IT on to your service. We won't have time if you don't book it AND Your appt will be cancelled/RESCHEDULED AND WILL NEED A NEW DEPOSIT.

• Please Book for the service you'd like done including add ons so I have enough time since I am booked back to back with clients.

• i do not like to rush my work., so please do not rush me. i like to take my time.
  

AT YOUR APPOINTMENT

• When you arrive, parking is on the street or my driveway whichever is available. Entrance is at the back door, but PLEASE text 630-999-5747 at your arrival, so I can let you know to either wait in your car or that I'm ready and i'll meet you at the back door.​
  

• No eating while being serviced. Please sit forward and have both hands on the table. If you will be talking on the phone please bring an ear piece so I can still work.
  

• NO guest allowed, no children as this is a work environment for me and a place for you to relax ONLY EXCEPTION is if they are getting serviced. or approved ahead of time.
  

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy / Fees

• Cancel/Reschedule your appointment via your email confirmation you receive when you booked. No rescheduling less than 24 hours of your appointment
  

• Cancellations without 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the price of the service you booked
  

• If you cancel or reschedule your appointment 3 times in row you will automatically be removed and blocked from my client list
  

• NO CALL NO SHOWS: You will be charged 50% of the price of the service you booked for if I show up and you are not there, no exceptions
  

FILLS

• If you have 3 or more broken nails or its been OVER 3 weeks since your last filL, PLEASE SELECT 4 WEEK FILL

LATE POLICY
